Personal Coaching

The practice of my work has always emphasized Personal Empowerment and Spiritual Development as it's core purpose. My intent is to continue serving in this capacity by incorporating elements of service that will bring the most balance and benefit to those who seek my services.

I am offering Personal Life Coaching Sessions to assist those of you who are going through changes, expanding yourselves as you enter into new roles with economic and lifestyles are changes. These sessions are for you to connect with your higher self, your truth and personal power to incorporate the changes you seek to bring into your life.

Personal Life Coaching not a new service, as my work has always blended various elements of coaching in it, however, I felt that as the times have changed and more of us are facing unexpected challenges, that Personal Coaching needed it's own place on my website as a service all its own.

A Little More about Personal Life Coaching...

	Personal Life Coaching is not the same as Counseling - with Life Coaching, we focus on your future as opposed to your past - we look at ways to make positive improvement and get clearer direction
	Personal Life Coaching is a tool to assist you if you are feeling stuck, blocked, confused or alone and are looking for ways to make positive changes to your life.
	Sessions can be as little as a one-time visit up to once a week visit. With Personal Life Coaching, you are making changes for you, to benefit your life on all levels. All sessions are done in one-hour increments.
	Personal Life Coaching Sessions $75.00 per hour.
